Lot for Brgy 21 multi-purpose building up for inspection

THE City Council committee on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas has agreed to inspect the lot area identified as site of the multi-purpose building in Barangay 21.

Barangay No. 21 officials cited that the barangay aims to provide a conducive venue for health missions, youth development, disaster response, and other essential services.

The multi-purpose building may serve various functions, including events, community gatherings, and providing space for educational and recreational activities.

The committee invited to join the inspection on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM, the representatives of the City Planning and Development Office, City Engineer’s Office, City Legal Office, City Administrator’s Office, City Assessor, and Barangay Council to ensure it meets all necessary requirements and standards.
