Subdivision, Housing Development & Landed Estate

The Committee on Subdivision, Housing Development & Landed Estate shall study, investigate and report on all matters and measures pertaining to city planning, subdivision, layout of roads, streets, canals, electric and telephone lines, and related matters and measures pertaining to the acquisition or expropriation of landed estate for the establishment of housing projects for qualified and deserving poor landless residents and all measures for the promotion and development of human settlement.
