Subdivision & Landed Estate

The Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate studies, investigates, and reports on all matters and measures pertaining to city planning, subdivision, the layout of roads, streets, canals, electric and telephone lines, and related matters and measures pertaining to the acquisition or expropriation of the landed estate for the establishment of housing projects for qualified and deserving poor landless residents and all measures for the promotion and development of human settlement.
