ORDINANCE NO. 15447-2026

An Ordinance approving the Supplemental Budget No. 2 of the General Fund and Supplemental Budget No. 1 of the Special Account: Local Economic Enterprises/Utilities, both for Calendar Year 2026, with estimated incomes of ₱73,886,601.00 and ₱14,819,216.00, respectively, against estimated expenditures of the same amounts, and for other purposes.

ORDINANCE NO. 15448-2026

An Ordinance authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to sign the Contract of Lease between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro (Lessor) and the Mendero Medical Holding Group Corp. (Lessee), represented by its President, Dr. Samuel I. Mendero III, covering the lease of 495 sq.m. space of the Hemodialysis Unit of the J.R.
