Councilor Cabanlas said adequate parking spaces in socialized housing developments will not only improve the living experience for residents but also contribute to the accessibility of the community.

Chrysler Acebu, representative of Pueblo, said the inclusion of parking facilities would, however, increase the overall cost of the subdivision. (JBD/SP)
