Subd cmte to deliberate proposed law revising fees, tax exemption for socialized subdivision projects

THE City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas is set to convene tomorrow at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the City Council Session Hall to discuss the proposed ordinance revising the fees for subdivision projects and providing tax exemptions for socialized and economic housing projects.

Endorsed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), the proposed ordinance will amend the 19-year-old schedule of fees for subdivision projects.

The committee has invited to attend the meeting Atty. Samuel Rollo of CHUDD, City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas, City Legal Officer Atty. Kenneth Tamala, City Planning and Development Officer Ms. Chedilyn Dulgume, Engr. Ma Rosanna Rodriguez of City Building Official, City Engineer Joel Momongan, Ms. Roxanne Mae Ravidas of Local Finance Committee, City Environment and Natural Resources Officer Engr. Armen Cuenca, and Local Economic Investment Promotion Officer Mr. John W. Asuncion.
