Oro dads accredits Kagay-anon Cafeteria Snack & Food Pasalubong Center for LSB membership

THE 20th City Council, in its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, adopted a resolution accrediting the Kagay-anon Cafeteria Snack & Food Pasalubong Center for purposes of its membership in the local special bodies.

Pursuant to the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) circular and Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Local Government Code, the said accredited CSO can now avail of government funding for their respective projects.

Located at Cogon Area in Barangay 33 and organized on July 28, 2023, the center aims to foster unity and cooperation among its members.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the City Council Committees on Planning, Research and Innovation and People’s Organization Accreditation and on Laws and Rules respectively chaired by Councilors Ian Mark Q. Nacaya and Edgar S. Cabanlas.
