To promote understanding and support for autism community, Councilor Paolo Nicolo Gaane expressed his commitment to support Autism Awareness Month, ensuring that autistic individuals are not only recognized but also empowered to belong fully in society.
“A more understanding world is one where autistic people are not only recognized, but truly belong,” he said.

Councilor Gaane, chair of the City Council committee on health, expressed his enthusiasm for raising awareness about autism, a developmental disorder that affects millions of individuals worldwide.
“We need to move beyond recognition; we must foster environments that truly accept and support individuals with autism,” he opined. (JBD/SP)
