Dads approve PSDP of condo project in brgy Canitoan
Another condominium project will soon rise in Barangay Canitoan. This, as the 20th City Council during its 30th Regular Session presided over by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez enacted an ordinance approving the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Midtown Towers, a residential condominium project located in the said barangay.
The proposed condo project covers an area of 18,159 square meters, generating two residential condominium buildings, containing 506 units, as applied for by the Communities Cagayan, Inc., developer of the project.
This, however, is subject to compliance with the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) and the City Engineer’s Office.
The developer is also required to construct a detention pond and provide rain harvesting facilities.
The ordinance was sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
