Councilor Moreno invited as speaker at USTP seminar

COUNCILOR Imee Rose P. Moreno was the guest speaker at the student leaders’ seminar hosted by the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines, College of Science & Mathematics, Social Sciences Unit.

Councilor Moreno, known for her advocacy on youth engagement and community development, shared her personal journey in politics, and how she triumphed over the challenges along the way.

Drawing from her experiences as a former student leader herself, Moreno emphasized the significance of passionate advocacy and the power of youth voices in shaping public policy.

She said leadership is not just about holding a position but about creating positive change in the communities.
