Cabanlas inspects relocation site at Bolonsiri, Camaman-an

COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, Chair of the City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estates, personally inspected the relocation site at Bolonsiri in Barangay Camaman-an.

This is in response to the request for an appropriation for the just compensation to the owner of the lot that will be affected by the proposed offsite relocation area in the said barangay.

According to Councilor Cabanlas, the city government purchased a property lot for relocation sites during the administration of former Mayor Vicente Emano. However, the identified private property was not included as a relocation site, which is currently occupied by the beneficiaries of Sendong victims.

With this, Cabanlas favorably endorsed the request to the Committee on Laws and Rules for appropriate action.
