The City Legal Office (CLO) advised Barangay Bugo to revise its proposed amendments to their Barangay Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) Ordinance to ensure consistency with the existing city ordinance. In its proposal, Barangay Bugo seeks to amend Paragraphs 13, 14, 16 of RLP-008-2008 to increase garbage fees for residential areas, stores, eateries, and other commercial establishments and to raise penalties for littering. The CLO, however, maintained that revisions in
