VM Bebot Rodriguez gives school kits to Upper Tignapoloan studes
A total of 156 students from Upper Tignapoloan Elementary School received much-needed school bags, supplies, and slippers from Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, as part of her ongoing Eskwela ta Bai! program.
The initiative aims to assist students in remote areas where access to basic school supplies is often a challenge. Located miles away from the city proper, the residents of Barangay Tignapoloan face significant difficulties in buying school supplies for their children.
The vice mayor also handed over sports equipment, including basketballs and volleyballs for the students’ physical activities.
School Head Mr. Bayani Roturas Jr., along with the school’s faculty, expressed their appreciation to Vice Mayor Bebot and her team for their continued support of the students in the hinterland barangays.
The Eskwela ta Bai! Program is a brainchild advocacy of Vice Mayor Bebot focused on providing school bags, supplies, and sports equipment to schools, especially those located in far-flung areas, ensuring that no child is left behind in their educational journey.
