Trade cmte to tackle updates on supply of essential medicines

The City Council committee on trade and commerce chaired by Councilor George S. Goking will meet tomorrow, January 28, to tackle the updates on the supply of essential medicines in the city.

Likewise set for discussion is the alleged increase of petroleum products and the basic necessities and prime commodities also as well as the weekly price monitoring report of the prevailing price of basic necessities and prime commodities for the period January 10 to 14, 2022.

Invited to attend the meeting are representatives from the City Administrators Office, City Legal Office, City Price Coordinating Council, Department of Health Regional Office 10 (DOH-10), Association on Pharmacist, Food and Drugs Administration (FDA),

Department of Trade and Industry Regional Office 10 (DTI-10), Rose Pharmacy, Mercury Drugstore, Rika Drugstore, Petron, Shell, and Caltex Gasoline Stations.
