Subd comm endorses payment to lot owner affected by city project

The City Council committee on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas has endorsed the payment to the lot owner whose property development was affected by a city project.

The project involves the construction of an open drainage system including the proposed 12-meter widening of Tambo-Biasong road in Barangay Macasandig.

As part of the process, the committee noted the issuance of the necessary certifications from the City Budget Office, Local Finance Committee, and Appraisal Committee to support the payment.

The move aims to address the property owner’s concerns while ensuring compliance with government procedures.

The committee referred the matter to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Cabanlas for appropriate action. (JBD/SP)
