Subd comm conducts inspection of proposed subdivision project in Lumbia

COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the subdivision and landed estate committee, together with the representatives of City Engineer’s Office and City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and the developer, conducted site inspection of the proposed subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia.

The inspection is in view of the application for Preliminary Subdivision and Development Plan (PSDP) of the Keilana Heights Subdivision by Keilana Resource and Development Corporation.

The proposed project covers an area of 80,442 square meters, generating 510 lot units.

After checking the site and reviewing of the submitted documents, Councilor Cabanlas favorably endorsed the approval of the application and referred it to the committee on laws and rules for appropriate action. (Text and photo by JBDacer/SP)
