Subd cmte to tackle applications for Onsite Alteration of Plan

The City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas will convene on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 9:00 in the morning at the City Council Session Hall, to discuss applications for Onsite Alteration of Plan of various homeowner’s association.

The Neighborhood Homeowners Association Incorporated filed applications for the alteration of lots covering a total area of 235 square meters of lots in Barangay No.18.

Meanwhile, the Cogon Market Multi-Vendors Homeowner’s Association also applied for an Onsite Alteration of Plan covering an area of 100 square meters, from residential to road lots as an access way going to Ecoverde Kaiyo Subdivision in Barangay Camaman-an.

The committee invited the HOA president, representatives of the City Engineer’s Office, City Planning and Development Office, and City Housing and Urban Development Office to attend the scheduled meeting. (JBDacer/SP)
