SP oks Ficcoville IV Devt Permit

Through an ordinance, the 21st City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the Development Permit (DP) of FICCOVILLE-IV subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia.
The project covers an area of 81,277 square meters, generating 537 lot units.
The approval of the DP is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Engineer’s Office, and other government agencies.
The ordinance was reviewed and favorably endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules, both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBD/SP)
