SP okays PSDP of socialized housing project in Brgy Camaman-an

ANOTHER socialized housing project will soon rise in Barangay Camaman-an.
This, after the 21st City Council during its regular session presided over by Presiding Officer Pro Tempore Councilor Roger G. Abaday, approved the Preliminary Subdivision and Development Plan (PSDP) application of the Consolacion Homeowners Association, Inc. (CONHAI).
The approved project covers an area of 7,063 square meters, containing 67 lots.
The proposed project aims to provide housing needs and address the growing demand for affordable housing units to the community.
The approval of the subdivision, however, is subject to the compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), Office of the City Planning and Development Coordinator, and City Engineering Office.
The committees on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate, and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas reviewed and favorably endorsed the said PSDP. (JBD/SP)
