SP mourns demise of Atty. Salcedo Jr., and former brgy official Capirig

THE 21^st City Council headed by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez has expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the bereaved families of Atty. Abeto A. Salcedo, Jr. and Mr. Monico Capirig, who recently passed away.

Atty. Salcedo was a former city government consultant, while Mr. Capirig was a former Barangay Kagawad and Acting Punong Barangay of Bugo.
