SP earmarks funds for payments of salary, other benefits to city hall employees

CITY HALL employees from offices of the City Equipment Depot, CDO Trade & Investment, Office of Community Affairs, and City Librarian will soon get their salary differential and other benefits from the city government.

This, as the 20th City Council during its regular session, presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, enacted separate ordinances appropriating funds for the purpose.

The said payments were recommended by City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, the Local Finance Committee, and City Budget Office.

The legislations were reviewed and endorsed by the committees on finance, budget and appropriation, and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Yan Lam S. Lim and Edgar S. Cabanlas, respectively. (JBDacer/SP)
