Socialized housing in Canitoan, San Simon in the offing

City residents may soon enjoy affordable housing, following the Committee on Subdivision’s endorsement of the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the resettlement project in Barangays Canitoan and San Simon.

The 19.8 square-meter lot in Barangay Canitoan will generate 64 lots, while the 12.2 square-meter site in San Simon will have 91 lots.

During the committee meeting, presided over by its chair, Councilor Edgar Cabanlas, the said project is found compliant with existing zoning laws and urban development standards. (JBD/SP/Photo grabbed from Councilor Cabanlas' FB page)
