Councilor Juancho “Antuy” Pascual will study the request of Felipe Abrogar, resident of Barangay Indahag, and owner of a 2-heacture lot in Taguanao for the establishment of Farm-to-Market Road in the said area.
Pascual will hear his concern in the scheduled meeting of the committee on agriculture, fisheries, and aquatic resources on February 5, 2026, Friday, at 9:00 in the morning.
In his letter to Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, Abrogar said that he has more than 150 fully grown mango trees planted since 1988, and the FTMR will help in easing connectivity of production or supply areas to markets and highways.
The committee has invited City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas, City Engineer Joel Momongan, City Agriculture Acting Department Manager Engr. Bernie A. Daba, City Assessor Acting Department Manager Chit Leonelle Isaiah Bañas.
Dir. Apollo Pacalan, Regional Executive Director of Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office-10, Engr. Jan Paulo C. Lisondra, Officer-in-Charge of the 2nd District Engineering Office of the Department of public Works and Highways, and Hon. Marlon Fidel Bongay, Jr, Punong Barangay of Barangay Indahag, were invited to the meeting. (FDC/SP)
