Oro dads approve DODA for Bahay Pag-Asa Project


THE 20th City Council, in its regular session on Monday, presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, enacted an ordinance authorizing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to sign the Deed of Donation and Acceptance (DODA) executed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development – Field Office X to support the implementation of 2023 Bahay Pag-Asa (BPA) Project at the Bahay Pag-asa, Maitum, Puerto and the Balay Paglaum at Macanhan, Carmen.

In his letter to the City Council, Mayor Uy stated that the project aims to enhance child protection measures to prevent children at risk (CAR) from committing crimes and to ensure that children in conflict with the law (CICL) are rehabilitated within their families and communities through the donation of various items essential for the growth and development of these children.
