Official logo, seal of Brgy Macabalan ordinance gets nod

THE Barangay Council of Macabalan has adopted the official logo and seal of the barangay.

Through a resolution, the 21^st City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez approved the barangay ordinance of Macabalan for the purpose.

The said measure aims to standardize the use of the barangay’s logo, ensuring that it is used in a manner that upholds identity and history of the community as a coastal area and gateway, which played a key role during the pre-colonial trading and the American occupation and World War II.

Under the ordinance, unauthorized use of the Barangay Macabalan logo and seal will incur penalties with a fine not exceeding ₱1,000.
