ANOTHER subdivision project will soon be developed in Barangay Lumbia.
This, as the 20th City Council during its regular session Monday, presided over by Presiding Officer Pro Tempore Councilor Romeo V. Calizo enacted an ordinance approving the Development Permit (DP) of the Arvesa Village subdivision project, which covers an area of 40,000 square meters containing 212 lots.

The subdivision developer, Johndorf Ventures Corporation, however, is required to comply with the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) and the City Engineer’s Office.
It may be recalled that Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas together with Councilor Roger G. Abaday and the city’s technical team, conducted an ocular inspection at the site to determine the actual area of the proposed subdivision.
The DP was thoroughly reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Cabanlas. (JBDacer/SP)
