New subd project to rise in Brgy Bayanga

ANOTHER subdivision project will soon be developed in Barangay Bayanga.
This, as the 21st City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez approved the Preliminary Subdivision and Development Plan of Xavier Southwoods Subdivision Project.
The proposed subdivision project to be developed by A. Brown Company will have 115 residential lots covering an area of 37,500 square meters, subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineers Office, Office of the City Planning and Development Coordinator and the City Housing and Urban Development Department.
The legislative measure was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBD/SP)
