New subd project in Brgy Lumbia to rise soon

A NEW subdivision project will soon be developed in Barangay Lumbia.
This, after the 21st City Council during its Regular Session presided over by Bebot Rodriguez approved the Development Permit (DP) of Familia Verde Phase 3 project, as applied for by the Pueblo de Oro Corporation, with an area of 57,460 square meters containing 389 lots.
It may be recalled that Councilor Cabanlas, chair of the committee on subdivision, conducted an ocular inspection of the area to assess the suitability for development, and findings indicated that the location aligns well with the community’s needs.
The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committee on subdivision, housing and development and landed estate and on laws and rules, both chaired by Councilor Cabanlas. (JBD/SP)
