New socialized housing project in Brgy Bayanga to rise soon

ANOTHER socialized housing project will soon rise in Barangay Bayanga.
This, as the 21st City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the Development Permit (DP) application of the South Cove Homes Socialized Housing Project.
The said project developed by A. Brown Company will consist of 405 lots in its nearly 44,000-square meter area.
The project aims to provide housing solutions and address the growing demand for affordable housing units to the community.
The approval of the subdivision, however, is subject to the compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Housing and Urban Development Department, Office of the City Planning and Development Coordinator, and City Engineering Office.
The committees on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate, and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas reviewed and favorably endorsed the said DP. (JBD/SP)
