Lot sale in Barangay 28 under review
A LOT owner’s intention to sell his lot affected by the proposed road along Rivera Street Extension in Barangay 28 is now being reviewed by the City Council Committee on Subdivision Landed Estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
During the recent committee meeting, Councilor Cabanlas manifested that the committee is not opposing to the sale offer of the lot but would like to know if the owner of the adjacent lot is likewise open to selling his property.
“Will it actually open the road? Basin naa pa’y yuta nga lain diha (nga maapektohan sa road construction). Basin dili gihapon ta makalusot,” he stressed.
(Will it actually open the road? We might not be able to pass through still because of another property, which would be affected by the road construction?)
Mr. Alfredo Malferrari-Zablan, lot owner, said the adjacent property is owned by the Tamparongs who already expressed their intention to selling their property.
The committee will invite Ms. Vicky Huera, representative of the adjacent property's lot owner, to attend the next meeting to formally ask if the said property is up for sale.
