Lim takes oath as PCL regional council board member

Councilor Alam Lim formally took his oath as a member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Regional Council for Region-10.

In a recent ceremony held in Lugait, Misamis Oriental, Lim who is the President of PCL Cagayan de Oro City Chapter, was appointed to the regional board as a representative of the city.

In his message, Councilor Lim extended his gratitude to his colleagues for their trust and confidence.

The PCL is an organization that promotes the welfare of local legislators and strengthens collaboration among councilors in pursuing responsive and effective local governance.

With his appointment with to PCL Regional Council Board of Directors, Lim is expected to contribute to regional initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing the capacities of local government officials and fostering stronger cooperation among local legislative bodies throughout the region. (JAO/SP)
