“As chair of the City Council committee on senior citizens, I value your continued contribution to developing competent and compassionate caregivers who serve our elderly community. May Intercare Training School continue its tradition of excellence and service in the years ahead.”
This was the message of Councilor Gilda O. Go during the 22nd Founding Anniversary of Intercare Training School, Inc., held on November 15, 2025, under the leadership of Administrator Atty. Jenny G. Uplinger.
In her message, Go also congratulated the institution for its long-standing commitment to quality vocational education.
“I extend my warmest congratulations to Intercare Training School, Inc. on its 22nd Founding Anniversary,” she said.
“For over two decades, the institution has remained steadfast in providing quality technical-vocational education that empowers learners and opens doors to meaningful employment,” Councilor Go added.
Intercare Training School is a TESDA-accredited institution offering Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs, including Caregiving NC II and Health Care Services NC II.
The school continues to play a vital role in providing accessible skills development opportunities for the city’s residents.
At present, 25 City Scholars are enrolled in the school’s Caregiving NC II program, supporting the city’s efforts to expand livelihood and employment opportunities for Kagay-anons. (JAO/SP/Photos from Councilor Go’s FB Page)
