Gaane joins inauguration of new city hall clinic, pharmacy

Councilor Maria Lourdes S. Gaane, chair of the City Council committee on health, nutrition, and health insurance, joined City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, and City Health Officer Dr. Rachel Dilla in the opening of the new City Hall Clinic and Pharmacy, held last June 2, 2025.

The clinic offers free basic medical consultations, laboratory services, and essential medicines exclusively for city hall employees and their immediate families.

“Kini nga klinika maoy resulta sa paningkamot nga mapaayo pa ang kahimsog sa atong mga kawani ug ilang pamilya,” said Councilor Gaane, who has long championed health-centered programs in the city.

Strategically located in the basement of the City Tourism Hall, the clinic is staffed by a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, and other personnel ready to attend to the daily health needs of employees. Medicines for hypertension, blood sugar control, pain relief, and other common ailments are available at no cost.
