DP of Bria Homes Cityville subd Okd

ANOTHER economic housing project will soon rise in the city.


This, after the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy enacted an ordinance approving the Development Permit (DP) of Bria Homes Cityville CDO subdivision project located in Barangay Lumbia.


However, this is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineer’s Office and the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD).


The subdivision lot covers an area of 30,001 square meters containing 395 lots/unit, as applied for by the Bria Homes Incorporated, developer of the proposed subdivision project.


The Bria Homes likewise applied for the change of name of the subdivision from “Cityville” CDO to “Bria Homes Cityville CDO”.


After a thorough review of the application, the City Engineer’s Office and CHUDD recommended the approval of the development permit. As to technical aspects, the developer is requested to consider the construction of proposed detention pond and /or infiltration pond prior to any earthmoving activities on the project site.


The developer shall likewise consider desilting/declogging of any siltation and or eroded materials that may affect a waterway or any residential area that may be caused by said development, shall be the responsibility of the developer.


All works for this development shall be in accordance with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) standard specifications, said the technical team.


The ordinance was reviewed and sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively. (SP/JBDacer)
