Daba urges graduates to pursue excellence with purpose

Representing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, Councilor Moreno Y. Daba IV, chair of the committee on education, inspired the graduates of Amhara Technical Training Institute, Inc. during their 3rd Commencement Exercises on October 30, 2025, encouraging them to pursue excellence with purpose and dedication.

Carrying the theme “Excellence in Action,” Councilor Daba called on the graduates to put their learning into meaningful practice by using their knowledge and skills to uplift not only themselves but also their communities.

He reminded them that genuine excellence goes beyond academic achievements; it is reflected in one’s commitment, honesty, and compassion toward others.

On behalf of Mayor Uy, he extended warm congratulations to the graduates, faculty members, and parents for their shared perseverance and dedication that led to this milestone.

He also recognized Amhara Technical Training Institute for its continued efforts in producing highly skilled and employable graduates who strengthen the city’s workforce and contribute to local development.
