Daba underscores importance of education during City Scholar’s Cup

Councilor Moreno Y. Daba IV delivered his message of support and encouragement during the City Scholar’s Cup held last week at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) Gymnasium.

In his address, Daba commended the city scholars for their dedication to academic excellence and active participation in activities that foster leadership, teamwork, and personal development.
