City Council honors 2024 grads, recognizes Councilor Sacala's academic excellence

THE 20th City Council, during its regular session on Monday, adopted a resolution commending Councilor Kenneth John D. Sacala for his outstanding academic achievement. Councilor Sacala, who serves as the City SK Federation President, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan.

This recognition highlights the Councilor's dedication to both his academic pursuits and his responsibilities in public service, setting a remarkable example for the youth of Cagayan de Oro.
