City Council approves SB 3 for CY 2024

The 20th City Council, in its regular session on Monday, presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, enacted an ordinance approving Supplemental Budget No. 3 of the General Fund and Supplemental Budget No. 3 of the Special Account-Local Economic Enterprises for CY 2024, with estimated incomes of ₱199,722,301.00 and ₱44,270,111.00, respectively.

In his letter to the City Council, City Mayor Rolando A. Uy emphasized that the budget allocations covered are funded from savings and reversions or realignment of current and continuing appropriations to fund priority programs and projects of the city.

The legislation was certified urgent by the City Mayor and unanimously approved by the members of the City Council.
