Cagayan de Oro City Council bags first place in NorMin Local Legislative Award 2025

The 20^th City Council of Cagayan de Oro, under the leadership of Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, has been awarded first place for Highly Urbanized City (HUC) category in the 2025 Local Legislative Awards (LLA) in Region 10.

The recognition highlights the Council’s exemplary performance in crafting ordinances and resolutions that support local and national development agenda.

VM Bebot, together with several members of the 21st City Council, received the award during the regional awarding held in Lapu-Lapu City.
