Cabanlas comm backs payment to lot owners in Brgy. Pagalungan

THE City Government will soon be paying the owners of lots affected by the road opening from Sitio Leropan to Sitio Tubalon in Barangay Pagalungan.

This, after the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, during its recent meeting, approved the request for allocation of funds for the purpose.

The approval of the payment of just compensation follows the recommendation from the Office of the City Mayor Rolando A. Uy and certificate of availability of funds issued by the Local Finance Committee.

Councilor Aga Suan, who was also present during the meeting, moved for the approval of the said request to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Cabanlas for inclusion in the plenary session. (JBD/SP)
