Cabanlas cmte to tackle requests for subdivision developments, amendments of ordinances

THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate is slated to tackle the requests of some developers for subdivision developments and amendments of certain ordinances.

One of the requests is a height exemption of the proposed development of Intalio Flats Primea Phase 2 in Barangay Kauswagan.

It was learned that the proposed building height ranges from approximately 57 to 66 meters, comprising 14 to 17 storeys.

Another request is the amendment of Ordinance No. 7724-2001, particularly on the payment of transfer fee, registration fee, and miscellaneous fee, chargeable from titling expenses-Task Force Emancipation Piso-Piso Beneficiaries.

This is to facilitate the transfer of the 119 certificates of titles owned by a certain property owners, intended for an on-site resettlement area located in Barangay Macasandig.

Moreover, the committee will also tackle the application for Development Permit of Johndorf Ventures Corporation of its Arvesa Village located in Barangay Lumbia.
