Budget of Camaman-an OKd

THE Barangay Council of Camaman-an will soon be able to implement priority projects and programs for 2021.

This, after the City Council during its regular session Tuesday, August 31, adopted a resolution returning to the barangay council its ordinance covering its annual budget with the information that it is operative in its entirety.

The barangay projects an estimated income of P30 million this year with expenditures of the same amount. Out of this, PP5.2 million is reserved for the barangay’s 20-percent Development Fund, P1.5 million for its calamity fund and P3 million for the Sangguniang Kabataan.

The resolution was endorsed by the committees on barangay affairs and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Yan Lam Lim and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively.
