Baikingon Super Health Center to rise soon

TO provide comprehensive medical services to residents in Baikingon and the neighboring areas, a Super Health Center will soon be constructed in the said barangay.

This following the approval of the ordinance authorizing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to enter into and sign the Deed of Usufruct with Barangay Baikingon, covering the use of the city-owned property with an area of 760 square meters.

The proposed super health center offers residents a valuable opportunity to receive accessible and quality healthcare in their own neighborhood.

The city government and the Barangay Council of Baikingon headed by Barangay Chairman Ronello S. Gumapac are committed to ensuring easy access to health services and to helping decongest the hospital since residents can already avail of primary care in Baikingon Super Health Center.

The usufruct agreement is renewable for 25 years and is given the right and privilege to use the said property on the condition that it shall be exclusively utilized for the establishment of super health center. (JBD/SP)
