Seno facilitates basketball clinic in Brgy Consolacion

COUNCILOR John Michael Seno, chair of the City Council committee on youth and sports, recently facilitated the Cagayan de Oro Basketball Clinic held at Barangay Consolacion.

“Always make a total effort even when the odds are against you,” Seno said in his speech where he gave his inspirational message to the participants.

The basketball clinic was handled by Jun Noel, a U.S. trained, National and International Champion Basketball Coach.

Seno thanked the youth who participated in the event, Mayor Oscar Moreno, Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy, Congressman Rolando Klarex Uy, and Councilor Yan Lam Lim and the councilors who were behind the actualization of the program, as well as SK chairman Julius Bacarrisas and barangay captain Alexander Ligtas both of Barangay Consolacion.

The activity was a project of the city government in partnership with the SK Federation of Cagayan de Oro City. (SP/EF)
