Alteration Plan of subd project OKd

THE 18th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the application of BDNME Builders Corporation for Alteration of Plan of Carmenville Subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia.

The alteration plan will affect 14,648 square meters of lot, which are identified by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as timberland.

In effect, it will reduce the total land area of the subdivision project from 67,579 square meters to 44,843 square meters.

The legislation was endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Dometilo Acenas, Jr. and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively.
