Dads OK resizing of subd project

CAGAYAN DE ORO City legislators headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy favorably acted on the application of Johndorf Ventures Corporation for alteration of plan of a portion of the Montierra Subdivision Project located at Upper Balulang, this city.

This will involve the resizing of its saleable lots from 447 lots/units to 374 lots/units and changing most of the housing components from townhouses to duplex housing units.

The alteration plan was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Dometilo Acenas, Jr. and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively.

It was also endorsed by the Cagayan de Oro Housing Board and the City Planning and Development Office, noting that buyers have accepted the alteration plan.
