THE 21st City Council has officially declared July 12 of every year as South China Sea Arbitral Award Day in the city to raise public awareness on the significance of the 2016 arbitral ruling under the United National Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). Through a resolution, during the regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, the legislative body also urged all barangays to conduct appropriate week-long programs and activities leading up to July 12
