New subd project to rise in Brgy Lumbia

ANOTHER new subdivision will soon be developed in Barangay Lumbia.
This, as the 21st City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez approved the Development Permit of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation’s Southridge Business Park Subdivision.
The 94,058-square meter proposed subdivision will have 24 lots.
The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision, housing development, and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBD/SP)
