Go welcomes Bajaj investment for jobs, economic growth
Councilor Gilda “Gigi” Go welcomed the opening of the new Bajaj 3S Shop by EMCOR
in Gusa, saying the investment could help boost local economy and expand
employment opportunities for Kagay-anons.
Go represented Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy during the grand opening of the facility,
which adds to the city’s business establishments and reflects continued private-sector
investment in Cagayan de Oro.
Bajaj is a three-wheeled motor vehicle commonly used for public and private
transportation in India. It features a rear-mounted engine and is designed to carry
passengers or goods.
As a city councilor, Go said she supports initiatives that encourage businesses to invest
in the city, noting that new establishments can contribute to economic growth and create
more opportunities for local residents.
Go congratulated the officers and staff of EMCOR and Bajaj, including Nelson M.
Aparejo, president and chief operating officer of EMCOR/CTFSI, and Raul Jay “Siggy”
Manglapus III, president and chief operating officer of TTC. (PGU/SP)
