𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤

The City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate led by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, with Councilors Roger G. Abaday and Jose Pepe S. Abbu, conducted a series of ocular inspections of the proposed subdivision project in Barangay Canitoan and the expansion of a memorial park in Bulua.

The WeeComm Magnum Properties Inc., applied for a Development Permit (DP) for its subdivision project: Intalio Estates Phase II that has an area of 84,433.70 square meters containing 471 units.

On the other hand, the committee personally checked the Divine Shepherd Memorial Gardens for its proposed additional garden 560 plots expansion.
