HUGOT nga gisuportahan ug gidayeg ni Konsehal Kenneth John Sacala, City SK Federation president, ang 2025 Rotary Youth City Officials.
Sa iyang mensahe atol sa gipahigayong programa sa pagtak-op sa Rotary Youth Week nga gipahigyaon sa hawanan sa konseho, hugot niyang gidayeg ang mga batan-on nga miapil sa maong kalihokan nga nagpakita sa ilang katakos diha sa pagserbisyo bisan sa hamubo nga panahon.
Gipasalamatan usab sa konsehal ang Rotary Club sa pagpahinumdum sa kabatan-onan nga ang kanunay sa pagbuhat sa gagmayng butang adunay maayong epekto sa komunidad.
Nanghinaot si Konsehal Sacala nga ang maong kasinatian makahatag kanila sa kadasig sa pagbuhat sa ilang responsibilidad, tungod kay siya nagtuo nga ang kabatan-onan adunay talagsaong gasa nga dili mahadlok sa paglantaw sa mas maayong mga posibilidad. (JRG/SP)
CITY Councilor Paolo Nicolo Gaane, chair of the City Council committee on health, nutrition, and health insurance, took part in the annual observance of World AIDS Day, joining community leaders, health advocates, and residents as tribute to those affected by the disease.
In his social media post, Councilor Gaane emphasized the importance of education, prevention, and support for individuals living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS).
“Today, we stand together to remember those we have lost and to affirm our commitment to combating the stigma surrounding this virus,” he stressed.
“Together, we can create a world of love, understanding, and hope,” he opined.
The World Health Organization (WHO) also joined partners and communities to commemorate World AIDS Day, under the theme “Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response”. (JBD/SP/Photo by National Youth Commission)
GITAHASAN ni Konsehal Eric Salcedo, chairman sa komite sa Public Utilities, ang opisina sa Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) nga imbestigahan ang giingong gihimong ilegal terminal sa bao-bao dihas Barangay 37 taliwala nga wala kini gihatagan og prankisa o panugot nga makapamasahero gikan sa buhatan sa Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
Kini human nagpadangat sa ilang reklamo sa komite ang Camaman-an Operators Drivers Association Multi-Purpose Transport Cooperative (CAMODA_MPTC) sa ilang ilegal nga pagpamasahero nga naka-apekto sa ilang matag adlaw kinitaan tungod sa maong matang sa operasyon sa bao-bao sa dapit.
